The more information I have, the better I can judge timescales and processes involved to complete your job. I always hit deadlines and its because I ask such questions we get it right together.

I usually work on a 35% deposit agreement when starting your work. At the start of any project I will invoice you for the deposit - this will officially start the project. Once all work is completed I will invoice you for the remaining costs and all files are delivered to you by email, or on disc - whichever you prefer.

How much do I charge?
The most important and frequently asked question. Unfortunately there is no simple answer here - but you already knew that. All I can tell you is that an average design agency will charge you upwards of £75 per hour and my rate is considerably less than that - yet I have agency experience, agency contacts and agency quality work. Some jobs are incredibly simple and therefore cost less, some are extremely complicated and cost more.

All I can suggest is pop your details on an email, or call me with an outline of your project and I will call you back to discuss your requirements, your budget and deadline. (This way there are no hidden surprises that frequently pop-up mid project!) But as my workload proves, I will supply you with an extremely competitive quote!
